Police have warned motorists to keep their eyes on the road when a driver is stopped for using a phone on a wheel.
Traffic officers stopped a red Peugeot 206 traveling on the M56 on Wednesday.
Officers said the driver, who was traveling in slow-moving traffic on the motorway, was in his own world “when he started playing on his phone.”
The driver was stopped on the side of the road and reported, police said.
