Next round of pre-order Sony PlayStation 5 Scheduled for July 12 in India. Professional orders will be available for pre-order at 12 noon, as has been the case with previous pre-orders.
According to a report by IGN IndiaThe new restoration date has been confirmed by several retailers, and the list is ready to go live soon. However, there is no explanation as to whether new color PS5 controllers or Plus 3D headsets will be available in India during this pre-order period. The sale is expected to continue at Amazon India, Flipkart, Vijay Sales, Sony’s own shop ATSC, and other retailers.
With the lack of early rounds of pre-orders, Sony now seems to be putting up repeated hurdles in India. It also helps that the Sony PS5 sells out in moments every time it is made available for pre-order. This is a clear signal to Sony about the demand for its new console in India.
One of the problems consumers are facing is the frequent cancellation of orders from retailers like Reliance Digital and Flipkart. This was probably due to more bookings from retailers than stocks provided by Sony. This is something that the company needs to pay attention to.
With the new stock coming to Sony, there will also be a need to address another issue with retailers that is forcibly bundled on consumers. Some retailers have tried in the past to take advantage of the demand for more purchases from PS5 users.
The Sony PS5 is priced at Rs 49,990 for the disc edition in India while the digital edition is priced at Rs 39,990. The best-selling dual-sense controller for the PS5 is priced at Rs 5,990 in India.
