The video captures the ‘scary’ moment when a man grabbed his donut in front of terrified tourists after walking around Siegel.
A man on the beach swallowed a bird ‘with a northern accent’.
The video was captured by horrified spectators when the man grabbed the bird and held it under his neck for more than a minute before blowing it off the gorge wall.
The incident took place in front of a tourist in Turkey who, as soon as he saw it, saw a herd of gulls clinging to the sea wall on his donut.
The man grabbed one by the neck, held it until he dropped his donut which he picked up and then started eating. DownLive reports.
Observers sighed again as he threw a seagull over the sea wall.
The video was filmed by a young woman from Torque who was eating with her mother outside Pierre Point.
He said he had been working for “enough time” before he picked up the phone to film the ending of the incident.
“It’s been going on for so long,” he told the publication.
“No one really reacted – everyone was just a dumbbell truck – so I grabbed my phone and filmed the ending.
It looked like he had just bought donuts from Pierre Point Chippy – then he put them on the beach to answer his phone and the flowers all came down.
“So he grabbed one by the throat and held it in his hand for more than a minute, and everyone outside the Pier Point restaurant turned to look at him in awe – but he didn’t care. Just kept working.
Gul dropped the donut and he picked it up and ate it and licked his fingers!
“When people were staring, all he said was, ‘He took my donut,’ in a Northern accent, as if it’s normal. But it was terrible.”
Another viewer said: “It was strange that no one reacted, but it was a strange thing to see. He didn’t care about public opinion.”
Seagulls are protected under the Wildlife and Rural Areas Act 1981, which means it is against the law to injure or kill them.
