Former Holly Oaks star Jasmine Franks has made incredible changes to her body after hitting the gym and eating canteen on the set and digging for chips.
Petite, 29, turned to powerlifting after quitting soap in 2018, as a result of which she lost the stone, and competed in the All England Powerlifting Championships.
During the epidemic, the actress from the sack, who played the beloved Easter Bloom, further accepted her love of fitness by qualifying as a personal trainer.
Jazmin, who works at the Ignite Gym in Radcliffe, told us: “I trained as a personal trainer in lockdown and I started running.
“And I’m going to the Manchester Marathon next month.”

And Jazmin is proud to be playing a male-dominated sport that includes squats, bench press and deadlift.
But she will be turning to exercise equipment for shiny clothes as she plays the role of The Magical Mermaid at Pento Treasure Island at Middleton Arena this Christmas.
This will be the first stage role of an Elton High School alumnus.
She said: “I am a magical mermaid who is the most feminine, beautiful character and I am a tomboy.
I’m starting my stage when I’m talking about theater.
“I went to Lori to see everyone talk about Jamie and I cried from beginning to end, because of the story, and because of the story, and back to Manchester.
