The latest Public Health England figures show an increase in transmission rates in Tomside, Stockport, Trafford, Beaver and Wagon.
Infection rates have dropped in Salford, Manchester, Oldham, Rochdale and Bolton.
Temicide has the highest infection rate in the entire region.
The borough recorded 434.6 cases per 100,000 people in the week ended September 2.
The lowest infection rate is in Bolton, where the rate is 240.4.
Overall in Greater Manchester, the infection rate is now 312.8, lower than the national average of 315.3.
In the week ended September 2, a total of 8,870 people across the region tested positive for the corona virus.
This is a decrease of 168 cases compared to the previous week, which means that the infection rate was 2% lower than last week.
