Matthew McCusker of Salford has been disqualified from driving for 36 months and ordered to pay 7 7,827 in fines for driving under the influence of alcohol.
McCooker pleaded guilty in Manchester Magistrates’ Court on June 30.
The 29-year-old was spotted speeding Volkswagen Golf on the M60 last month.
Despite claiming he was not drinking, McCocker seized 65 micrograms of alcohol and 61 micrograms per 100 milliliters of roadside breath. The legal limit is 22 micrograms.
