Since Love Island 2021 kicked off on Monday with a new batch of friends who were expected to find love fans.
The star, who died last February at the age of 40, became synonymous with the ITV2 dating show.
Caroline introduced the island from 2015 to the summer of 2019, and her friend Laura Whitmore took over the reins of the winter series last January.
Fans of the new series paid tribute to Caroline on Twitter.
And its manager, Nathan Charles Smith, paid tribute to the popular host when he shared a series of photos on his Instagram.
A Caroline was sitting in front of a billboard with her face shown on a Leo Island ad on the Piccadilly Circus.
He also shared a photo of the filming of a popular trailer for the show, in which he was shown flying the islands to Mallorca as a pilot.
In the snap, she sat in a cockpit with Nathan, who was smiling and looking at her sail.
Nathan also shared a shot of Caroline in a beautiful lemon-print blue dress on the set of the Love Island ad in the winter, which was pulled.
And she wrote: “You will always be the Queen of (Love Island).”
